Are children invited?
We have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only event. We hope this gives you a chance to relax and enjoy your evening with us!
Can I bring a plus one?
Because our venue is very small and intimate, unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests.
What time does the wedding end?
We suggest you book your taxis for around 11:30 PM, as we need to have the venue cleared by midnight. Thank you for understanding.
What time will food be served?
We have a roast dinner (or vegetarian option) planned for 5:00PM, followed by wedding cake for dessert. At around 9:00PM, a selection of seasonal grazing boards will be served.
Will you have a gift registry?
We’re not having a traditional gift registry. Your presence is truly all we wish for on our wedding day! However, if you would still like to give a gift, a small contribution to our honeymoon fund would be very warmly appreciated.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We're asking that phones remain away and on silent during the ceremony, please. We have amazing photographers booked that will capture the ceremony, and all of these will be shared with you after the wedding.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is formal. As this is a winter wedding, please remember to bring a warm outer layer.
When should I arrive?
As the ceremony starts at 2:00 PM, we suggest you arrive between 1-1:30 PM to get settled and enjoy your welcome drink!
Will the ceremony and reception be at the same venue?
The whole day will be at our venue 'The Hidden Barn at 94'.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
Everything will be indoors except during the cocktail hour where we will be in the (covered and heated) courtyard area. Please bring a warm outer layer.
Who can I contact with questions on the day?
Our wedding coordinators at the Hidden Barn are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If you need to discuss anything at all on the wedding day, please contact them on 01565 361025.
What if I can't find the entrance?
Our venue is next to the 'Courtyard Coffee House' and opposite the 'Bath House Bodycare Shop' on King Street. There will be a floral arch around the front door and a wedding sign at the entrance.
